Why do things the hard way?

BPAY makes paying bills as easy as can B_. Any time of the day or night you can pay over 16,000 bills by phone or Internet. You may also be able to schedule payments for a later date and choose the account you pay from - cheque, savings or credit card*. Best of all, it only takes minutes to learn how to use BPAY and you can pay just about all your bills in one go.

To pay bills online or over the phone with BPAY follow these simple steps

  1. Register for Internet or phone banking with your financial institution, if you haven’t already. Find contact details for your financial institution here.
  2. Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your bills.

  3. Log on to your Internet banking site or call your phone banking service. Find contact details here.
  4. Select the BPAY or bill payment option and follow the simple instructions.
  5. Wait for and record your receipt number.

To pay more than one bill simply repeat the process as many times as you need.
