Telstra BPAY View Biller Code Change

Telstra is making changes to its BPAY biller codes. You should receive correspondence directly from Telstra before you are affected by this change.

Most customers receiving the Telstra Bill via BPAY View will not need to do anything as they will be automatically registered against the new biller code.

If you are a customer registered at CBA Netbank or the following financial institutions Bananacoast Credit Union Goulburn Murray HMC Staff Credit Union Hume Building Society Hunter United Employees Credit Union NSW Teachers Credit Union Police Association Credit Co-operative Ltd Police Credit Union Limited (SA) Police Department Employees Credit Union Limited Queensland Police Credit Union Limited , you will not be registered automatically and will need to register against the new biller code to continue to receive your Telstra bill electronically via BPAY View.
