How do I know that my Telstra biller code has been migrated?

You will be notified by Telstra via letter.

Will I still get my Telstra bills through BPAY View at my Financial Institution?

You may need to re-register at your internet site to continue to receive your Telstra Bill via BPAY View. To register you will need a copy of the new bill, and the following information - biller code, new account number and name that appears on your bill. A simple step by step guide to re-registering is available click here.

Some financial institutions may automatically migrate your BPAY View registration. The new registration will appear in your biller address book. You may receive notification from your bank that your biller address book has been updated.

A copy of a Telstra Bill with the new Biller Code 23796, new Account Number and surname that appears on the bill.
